FlyArystan, the leading low-cost airline in Centra Asia, and Newshore, the specialist in ecommerce solutions for airlines, have announced a partnership agreement to replace FlyArystan's existing direct distribution solutions. This strategic agreement begins with the complete renovation of FlyArystan's digital front-end in line with the progress of the airline's business model, where the customer takes center stage.
"In a market in continuous transformation, our competitive advantage is our ability to adapt to changing conditions, innovate in our offer and be the first to reach the market with it" FlyArystan's Managing Director Adrian Hamilton-Manns said, "Newshore offers an agile, flexible and innovative distribution platform that will be a key element in the implementation of our strategy."
Provide an excellent user experience, consistent across all channels, boost direct sales, increase revenue from ancillary sales, adjust every little detail to maximize conversion while designing and running experiments that enable constant innovation… these are the fundamentals of "agility" that are mandatory in the successful models of the airline industry.
Since its launch in 2019 FlyArystan has experienced significant growth, with no sign of that slowing. In November the airline celebrated carrying its 8 millionth passenger. For 2023 FlyArystan expects to induct 5 more A320s, taking its fleet to 19. Passenger volume will increase to 4.5 million per annum. In the coming two years FlyArystan will more than double current passenger levels, making the need to partner with an industry leading innovation and technology company to replace their existing distribution solutions.
As part of the renewal FlyArystan is also investing in Newshore’s Digital disruption management to place the airline at the forefront of customer management, even during difficult operating events. "We are making significant investments in airplanes to provide the best product for our customers while aggressively advancing sustainability” Hamilton-Manns said “and we want a digital experience that aligns with our strategy and exceeds our customers' expectations at every touch point.”
On his part, Enric Puig, CEO of Newshore (by FLYR) stated "Kazakhstan is proving to have tremendous growth potential and to be a major pole in the travel business in Eurasia. We are very excited about this partnership with FlyArystan and the broad range of opportunities that it opens for both parties".
Newshore (by FLYR), a leading e-commerce solutions company for airlines, was recently acquired by FLYR Labs. "Our integration into FLYR and its Revenue Operating System (ROS), the true alternative to legacy technology still commonly used in the industry today," said Puig, "allows us to face challenges of this magnitude with all the required resources."
